It is with the Faculty Coordinator that you must discuss the details related to the courses you are going to choose and to your study programme in general.<\/p><p>You must also contact the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/en\/international\/erasmus-programme\/erasmus-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Erasmus+ Office<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<em>Alexandru Ioan Cuza<\/em>\u00a0University of Iasi if you need help with the practical information concerning registration, accommodation, travel to Iasi, Romanian language courses, or any question you may have related to your Erasmus+ mobility.<\/p><h2 id=\"HMakesurethat3A\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27px\">Make sure that:<\/h2><p>1.You mailed to the Erasmus+ Office the required application documents:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Copy of your passport \/ National ID card<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Student Application Form<\/strong>\u00a0(click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Erasmus-Student-Application-Form-2025.docx\">here<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to download);<\/li><li><strong>Online Learning Agreement for Studies<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 to be filled in on the platform\u00a0<strong><a tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/learning-agreement.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/learning-agreement.eu\/<\/a><\/strong>; only if your university can\u2019t use the online platform, you can download the template of the document\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/1.-Learning-agreement-studies-KA131-2023_en.docx\">here<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/guidelines-learning-studies_en.pdf\">here<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to download the Guidelines for filling in the Learning Agreement for Studies)<\/li><li><strong>Online Learning Agreement for Traineeships<\/strong>\u00a0(click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/2.-HE-Learning-agreement-Traineeship-KA131-KA171-2023_en.docx\">here<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to download) \u2013 only for the students who are undertaking Erasmus traineeship mobilities at UAIC<\/li><li><strong>Acommodation-Form<\/strong>\u00a0(click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Acommodation-Form-1-1.doc\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to download).<\/li><\/ul><p>2.<strong>Transcript of Records<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 containing the list of courses and grades from an already completed semester\/year(s) of study in your home university; if your university doesn\u2019t have a template in English for this, you can use this one: click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/ECTSTranscriptofrecords.doc\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to download<\/p><p>3.You informed the Erasmus+ Office on the exact day of your arrival in Iasi.<\/p><p>4.You know what documents you will be requested when getting back to your home institution.<\/p><h3 id=\"HImportant21\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Important!<\/h3><ul><li><ul><li>Do not leave your arrangements until the last minute.
