Modulul \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 ini\u021bieze cursan\u021bii \u00een principalele teme ale Managementului Resurselor Umane, oferindu-le perspective specifice privind noul mod de a face HR \u00een contextul cerin\u021belor actuale ale mediului de lucru. Lumea a fost descris\u0103 ca fiind volatil\u0103, incert\u0103, complex\u0103 \u0219i ambigu\u0103 (VUCA). Acum, conceptul BANI (Fragil, Anxios, Neliniar \u0219i Incomprehensibil) pare a fi noua lentil\u0103 prin care este explicat\u0103 lumea pentru a \u00een\u021belege mediul fragil, fracturat \u0219i imprevizibil \u00een care tr\u0103im. \u00cen acest v\u00e2rtej de provoc\u0103ri de business, responsabilitatea HR-ului este de a ajuta organiza\u021biile s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 piloni de sus\u021binere pentru a rezista provoc\u0103rilor \u0219i pentru a-\u0219i restabili parcursul. Resursele Umane reprezint\u0103 piatra de temelie a locului de munc\u0103 de m\u00e2ine, echilibr\u00e2nd tehnologia cu practicile centrate pe om. Transformarea Resurselor Umane pentru locul de munc\u0103 de m\u00e2ine (3 ore \u00eentr-o zi din s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na 29 iunie &#8211; 3 iulie)<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La fa\u021ba locului, Ia\u0219i, Rom\u00e2nia (30 ore; 13-19 iulie)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Ziua 1. Lucrul \u00een echipe diverse<\/strong><\/em><br>\nPe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce locurile de munc\u0103 au devenit globale, multiculturale \u0219i interdisciplinare, capacitatea de a lucra eficient \u00een echipe diverse a devenit o competen\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103 critic\u0103. Sesiunea exploreaz\u0103 modul \u00een care studen\u021bii pot naviga \u00een cadrul echipelor diverse, pornind de la identificarea multiplelor dimensiuni ale diversit\u0103\u021bii, continu\u00e2nd cu prezentarea beneficiilor \u0219i provoc\u0103rilor \u0219i concluzion\u00e2nd cu strategii pentru eficientizarea muncii \u00een echip\u0103. Subiectele vor acoperi poten\u021bialul oferit de diversitate, precum creativitatea sporit\u0103, rezolvarea mai bun\u0103 a problemelor \u0219i luarea deciziilor, precum \u0219i provoc\u0103rile care pot fi \u00eent\u00e2lnite, cum ar fi barierele de comunicare, ne\u00een\u021belegerile, conflictele \u0219i problemele de incluziune. \u00cen final, studen\u021bii vor \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba cum s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze participarea, s\u0103 valorifice perspectivele diverse \u0219i s\u0103 ating\u0103 obiective comune.<\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Ziua 2. Recrutarea preg\u0103tit\u0103 pentru viitor: Corelarea angaj\u0103rii cu rezultatele organiza\u021bionale<\/strong><\/em><br>\nAceast\u0103 tem\u0103 va aborda practicile moderne de recrutare care utilizeaz\u0103 instrumente bazate pe IA, evalu\u0103ri virtuale \u0219i interviuri video pentru a eficientiza procesele de angajare. Se va pune accent pe \u201esoft skills\u201d precum comunicarea, adaptabilitatea \u0219i inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103, care asigur\u0103 alinierea candida\u021bilor cu cultura \u0219i obiectivele organiza\u021bionale. Exerci\u021biile vor viza modele de angajare bazate pe competen\u021be \u0219i ghiduri de interviu personalizate pentru evaluarea capacit\u0103\u021bilor tehnice \u0219i interpersonale.<\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Zilele 3, 4. Managementul agil al performan\u021bei \u0219i sisteme de recompensare<\/strong><\/em><br>\nManagementul agil al performan\u021bei pune accent pe feedback-ul continuu \u00een detrimentul evalu\u0103rilor anuale tradi\u021bionale, sprijinind ajustarea obiectivelor \u00een timp real. Vor fi discutate cadre precum OKR (Objectives and Key Results) \u0219i recompensele flexibile (personalizate \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile angaja\u021bilor). Un accent deosebit va fi pus pe motivatorul intrinsec, cum ar fi recunoa\u0219terea \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile de dezvoltare personal\u0103, esen\u021biale \u00een mediile de lucru hibride. \u00cen contextul muncii hibride, HR-ul trebuie s\u0103 abordeze provoc\u0103ri precum echilibrul dintre via\u021ba profesional\u0103 \u0219i cea privat\u0103, oboseala digital\u0103 \u0219i burnout-ul. Dezvoltarea talentelor pentru competen\u021be digitale \u0219i soft skills<\/strong><\/em><br>\nDezvoltarea talentelor este critic\u0103 \u00eentr-o lume VUCA. Organiza\u021biile trebuie s\u0103 prioritizeze perfec\u021bionarea (upskilling) \u0219i recalificarea (reskilling) \u00een competen\u021be digitale \u0219i analitice, al\u0103turi de rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i inteligen\u021b\u0103 emo\u021bional\u0103. Inova\u021biile \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, precum micro-learning-ul, gamificarea \u0219i instruirea bazat\u0103 pe simul\u0103ri, faciliteaz\u0103 dob\u00e2ndirea de noi abilit\u0103\u021bi. Studiile de caz despre programe de reskilling de succes vor demonstra abord\u0103ri eficiente pentru navigarea schimb\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Ziua 5. Employer Branding \u00een era digital\u0103<\/strong><\/em><br>\nBrandul de angajator este vital \u00eentr-o lume virtual\u0103. Organiza\u021biile trebuie s\u0103 creeze branduri autentice folosind re\u021belele sociale, r\u0103spunz\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp cerin\u021belor Genera\u021biei Z pentru munc\u0103 bazat\u0103 pe scop, flexibilitate \u0219i medii tehnologizate. Ini\u021biativele de responsabilitate social\u0103 corporativ\u0103 (CSR) \u0219i sustenabilitatea sporesc atractivitatea angajatorului. Temele vor fi discutate folosind exemplul unei companii localizate \u00een Ia\u0219i, Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Ziua 6.
