Are you currently studying in an EU-based university and fancy joining any of our JASSY modules? Then don\u2019t register here just yet! Instead, contact your Erasmus+ coordinator or International Relations Office and ask if your home university can finance your JASSY participation from available Erasmus+ funding. In 2026, all JASSY modules are structured as Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes!<\/p>

If Erasmus+ funding is available, please contact Mrs. Anca Ionescu (anca.ionescu@uaic.ro<\/strong><\/a>) and inform her what JASSY module you\u2019d like to attend.<\/p>

If your home university has no available Erasmus+ funds, you can follow the application procedure below.<\/p>

1.<\/em>\u00a0Application<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

The application file consists of a\u00a0CV<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0letter of motivation<\/strong>\u00a0and will be sent as a Word or PDF file to\u00a0jassy@uaic.ro<\/a><\/strong>. In order to increase your chances to secure a place in JASSY Summer School, you are encouraged to send the application file at your earliest convenience, but anyway no later than\u00a0June 1st<\/sup>\u00a02026.<\/strong><\/p>

2.<\/em>\u00a0Evaluation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Your application will be evaluated within 10 days and you will receive an email notification whether the application to JASSY has been accepted. In case of acceptance, the email message will contain the invitation to register (see below).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The evaluation will be based on the consistency and pertinence of the application files, as well as the number of available places (30 per module).<\/span><\/p>

3.<\/em>\u00a0Registration and fee payment<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

As a successful candidate, you are invited to a).\u00a0fill in a registration form<\/em>\u00a0and b).\u00a0pay the participation fee<\/em><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0a) You will receive an acceptance confirmation email which will contain a\u00a0registration form<\/em>. Please fill it in and send it back to\u00a0<\/span>jassy@uaic.ro<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0at your\u00a0\u00a0earliest convenience. Please do not forget to specify your module of choice.<\/span><\/p>

We strongly encourage you to do the registration and payment within one week from the day you receive the email confirming your acceptance.<\/span><\/p>

JASSY Financial arrangements<\/strong><\/p>

Participation fee:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

200 euro<\/strong>\u00a0(which does not include accommodation)

400 euro<\/strong>\u00a0(which covers on-campus accommodation for 8 nights and breakfast during the weekdays)<\/p>

The participation fee covers: registration and participation in one JASSY module, course package, coffee breaks during the weekdays, welcome reception and closing cocktail.<\/p>

4.\u00a0Cancellation of registration and refund policy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

In case of cancellations made before 15 June 2026 the JASSY fee is fully refundable, minus bank charges.<\/p>
