Training mobilities carried out at partner universities in third countries can only take place provided that a bilateral inter-institutional Erasmus+ agreement has been previously signed;<\/li>\n    <li>The <strong>duration<\/strong> of a training mobility in third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme is <strong>5 days;<\/strong><\/li>\n    <li>The <strong>deadline<\/strong> for carrying out training mobilities in third countries not associated to the programme is <strong>July 31, 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong>\n\nThe following categories may participate in the selection for training mobilities in third countries not associated to the Programme, funded by the European Union&#8217;s internal policy funds:\n<ol>\n    <li>teaching staff holding a management position<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> and Erasmus+ coordinators (for mobilities addressing the responsibilities\/duties of the position held);<\/li>\n    <li>research staff;<\/li>\n    <li>staff from the International Relations Office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> According to the Higher Education Law no. 199\/2023, art. 131, teaching staff with management positions are as follows: rector, vice-rector, dean, vice-dean, head of department, director of CSUD, branch director, university extension director, and doctoral school director.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-13963995473\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-13963995473\" data-tab-index=\"3\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 3;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-60d26aeb e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"60d26aeb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92a518e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"92a518e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong><u>Documents required for the application file<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n\u00a0\t<li>\n<ol>\n\u00a0\t<li><strong>Curriculum Vitae<\/strong> written in English\/the foreign language in which the training will take place during the mobility;<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li><strong>invitation letter\/confirmation e-mail<\/strong> for an Erasmus+ training mobility (stating that it is addressed to the candidate);<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>the completed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Training-Agreement-STT-Erasmus-KA131_17.01.2025-1-1.docx\"><strong><em>Training Agreement<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (mobility period, host institution, mobility objectives, added value, description of activity, and expected outcomes) signed by the candidate and the hierarchical superior. Participants in international training weeks shall also attach a copy of the event program to the <em>Training Agreement<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong><u>Selection of candidates for training mobilities:<\/u><\/strong>\n<ul>\n\u00a0\t<li>Selections for Erasmus+ training mobilities can be organized throughout the academic year, <strong>until all available spots are filled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Application files are submitted exclusively online (click <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.service4mobility.com\/europe\/BewerbungServlet?identifier=IASI02&amp;kz_bew_pers=L&amp;kz_bew_art=OUT&amp;aust_prog=STT&amp;sprache=en\">here<\/a><\/strong>).<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>For the proper organization of the mobility, it is recommended that all applications be submitted <strong>at least 45 days before<\/strong> the start date of the mobility.<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>The <strong>Selection Committee<\/strong> reviews all complete files submitted on the platform <strong>twice a month<\/strong>: once at the beginning of the month (during the first 3 working days) and once in the middle of the month (between the 16th and 20th).<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Following the evaluation of the files, the Erasmus+ Office informs all candidates of their status as <em>admitted \/ reserve \/ rejected<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-13963995474\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-13963995474\" data-tab-index=\"4\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 4;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-7c9b5b0e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7c9b5b0e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3dd2380 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3dd2380\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\u00a0\t<li>Completing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FORMULAR-1-CERERE-DEPLASARE_cu-modificari_aug-2020.pdf\"><strong>standard request for the issuance of the Rector&#8217;s Order for international travel<\/strong><\/a> addressed to the Executive Bureau of the UAIC Board of Administration<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Opening a Euro bank account<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Completing and signing the <strong>financial contract<\/strong> at the Erasmus+ Office, after the Rector&#8217;s Order has been issued<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>The Erasmus+ grant payment is made at most 10 calendar days before the start of the trip, provided that the financial contract is signed and registered 1-2 weeks before this 10-day deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Funding<\/strong>\n\nIn accordance with the funding rules established by the European Commission through the <em>Erasmus+ Programme Guide<\/em> and by the <em>National Agency for Community Programmes in the Field of Education and Vocational Training<\/em> through the National Call, the <strong>individual grant for an Erasmus+ training mobility<\/strong> awarded for mobilities carried out in third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme in the 2025-2026 academic year includes:\n<ol>\n\u00a0\t<li>financial support for <strong>travel expenses<\/strong> (the travel grant is a lump sum, awarded based on the distance to the destination, calculated according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/resources-and-tools\/distance-calculator\"><strong>European Commission&#8217;s distance calculator<\/strong>)<\/a>;<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>financial support for <strong>subsistence expenses for the 5 days of mobility;<\/strong><\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>financial support for subsistence expenses for <strong>one travel day (before the first day\/after the last day of mobility).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong><u>Useful Information<\/u><\/strong>\n\nCandidates selected for Erasmus+ training mobilities may need to obtain a residence visa<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> abroad in EU member states or in third countries where the mobility takes place. The EU Immigration Portal contains general information regarding both short-term and long-term visas and residence permits: <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/immigration\/\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/immigration\/<\/a>.
