<li>The faculty-level selection committee for teaching mobilities verifies eligibility and evaluates the application according to the selection criteria in the current call for applications.<\/li>\n    <li>The Erasmus+ coordinator displays the results regarding the eligibility and evaluation of candidates on the faculty&#8217;s website, in the section dedicated to the Erasmus+ Programme.<\/li>\n    <li>Within a maximum of 3 working days after finalizing the evaluation, the Erasmus+ Coordinator:\na) submits the eligibility report to the UAIC registry;\nb) sends the eligibility report via email, in an editable format, to the International Relations Office;\nc) submits copies of the application files to the International Relations Office, either electronically or in printed format.<\/li>\n    <li>The UAIC-level awarding committee meets within a maximum of 5 working days from receiving the eligibility report and the application files to decide on the awarding of candidates and to draft the awarding report.<\/li>\n    <li>The selection results are communicated to the candidates by the International Relations Office and displayed on the university website, in the section dedicated to the according to the European Commission&#8217;s distance calculator);\n<br><br>\nb) financial support for subsistence expenses corresponding to 5 days of mobility;<br><br>\nc) financial support for subsistence expenses corresponding to one day of travel (before the first day\/after the last day of mobility).\n<ul>\n\u00a0\t<li>Completing a <strong><a Rector&#8217;s Order for international travel<\/a> <\/strong>addressed to the Executive Bureau of the UAIC Board of Administration<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Bank statement for a Euro account<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Medical insurance for the entire duration of the trip<\/li>\n\u00a0\t<li>Signing an <strong>Erasmus+ financial contract<\/strong> at the Erasmus+ Office after the
