may apply for selection:\n<br><br>\n\u2013 Students enrolled at the &#8220;Alexandru Ioan Cuza&#8221; University of Ia\u0219i, in any year and at any level of study, including Romanian citizens or citizens of other states;\n<br><br>\n\u2013 Students who have previously benefited from mobilities within the Socrates \/ LLP-Erasmus \/ Erasmus+ Programmes may benefit from new mobilities only on the condition that their total duration does not exceed 12 months per study cycle;\n<br><br>\n\u2013 For traineeship mobilities only: students and PhD students in their final years may participate in selections until the end of the evaluation session of the second semester of the final year, or until the date of the public defense of the doctoral thesis, for mobilities taking place in the first year after graduation; they will have the status of &#8220;conditionally selected&#8221; and will become &#8220;beneficiaries&#8221; once they can provide proof of graduate status by presenting a certificate issued by the faculty, or a certificate issued by the Secretariat of the Doctoral School where they were enrolled or by the Office for University Doctoral Studies. These mobilities can be carried out and completed within one year of graduation;\n<br><br>\n\u2013 A student may benefit from Erasmus+ study and traineeship mobilities at each level of study (Bachelor&#8217;s, Master&#8217;s, Doctorate), totaling a maximum of 12 months of mobility (study + traineeship) per level;\n\u2013 Consecutive mobilities at the same host institution are not eligible.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-9737851024\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-9737851024\" data-tab-index=\"4\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 4;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-696fb6c0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"696fb6c0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bdbc75f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bdbc75f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE APPLICATION FILE:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n    <li><strong>Application form<\/strong> \u2013 <em>which shall include<\/em>\n<br><br>\na) <strong>Motivation<\/strong> (including the concrete objectives pursued by the candidate and the expected results)\n<br><br>\nb) <strong>Proposed mobility period<\/strong>\n<br><br>\nc) <strong>Declaration regarding the maximum number of Erasmus+ mobility months<\/strong> a student can benefit from during the study cycle in which they are enrolled at the time of application;\n<br><br>\nd) <strong>Information note regarding the processing of personal data<\/strong>;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Curriculum Vitae<\/strong>;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Language certificate<\/strong> \/ <strong>high school transcript<\/strong> \/ <strong>language proficiency certificate obtained at the Baccalaureate exam<\/strong> \/ <strong>academic record related to university studies for the foreign language studied<\/strong> or for the study program, for those studying in a foreign language, according to the candidate&#8217;s option and depending on the foreign languages studied (a copy will remain in the student&#8217;s selection file);<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Invitation letter from the university<\/strong> \/<strong> host institution<\/strong> where the mobility will take place (a scanned copy sent via email is accepted).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>The CV must be presented in the language of instruction for the courses, or the working language for the activities carried out during the mobility.<\/strong>\n<br><br>\n<strong>Additional documents for students who do not hold citizenship of an EU member state:<\/strong>\n<br><br>\n\u2022 <strong>copy of the residence permit on Romanian territory<\/strong>; students enrolled at UAIC \u2013 B\u0103l\u021bi\/ Chi\u0219in\u0103u Extension are exempt from this requirement.\n\n<strong>Incomplete files will be declared rejected.<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-9737851025\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-9737851025\" data-tab-index=\"5\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 5;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-3fde380f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3fde380f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9559587 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9559587\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Scoring method for the application file:<\/strong>\n<br><br>\na) <strong>language proficiency (20%)<\/strong>; the arithmetic average of high school grades\/ the grade or score of the language certificate from the Baccalaureate\/ the average related to university studies or the minimum accepted score (for a minimum B1 level) must be equal to 80% of the maximum grade or score (e.g.: min. grade 8\/10, 16\/20, or &#8220;good&#8221; in the case of qualifiers).\nAn exception is made for internationally recognized certificates (such as DELF, DALF, Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS, DELE, Goethe), obtained for a minimum B1 level, for which any score is accepted.\n<br><br>\nb) <strong>motivation and\/or interview (80%)<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/strong>; <\/strong>in accordance with the provisions of the Programme Guide and the 2024 National Call, a participant with fewer opportunities is one who falls into one or more of the following categories:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span lang=\"EN\">a) <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/international\/programul-erasmus\/studenti\/mobilitati-de-studiu-erasmus\/#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/strong> a student who receives a social scholarship or who qualifies\/meets the conditions to receive a social scholarship granted by the higher education institution where they are enrolled, according to ME Order 4957\/2025 (which amended Order 6463\/2023);<\/span>\n\n<span lang=\"EN\">b) <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/international\/programul-erasmus\/studenti\/mobilitati-de-studiu-erasmus\/#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[2]<\/a><\/strong> a student who is an orphan of one or both parents;<\/span>\n\n<span lang=\"EN\">c) a student coming from a single-parent family (due to death, disappearance, incarceration of the other parent, or non-recognition on the birth certificate);<\/span>\n\n<span lang=\"EN\">d) a student who falls into the &#8220;first student in the family&#8221; category (meaning they do not already hold a bachelor&#8217;s degree, their parents have not obtained a university degree, but they may have siblings who are already university students \/ have already graduated from a university);<\/span>\n\n<span lang=\"EN\">e) a person with a disability (including physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory impairments) or health problems (including serious illnesses, chronic illnesses, or any other situation related to physical or mental health that prevents participation in the programme);<\/span>\n\n<span lang=\"EN\">f) a person whose family has not achieved an average monthly net income per family member higher than the national minimum net basic salary in the 12 months prior to submitting the supporting documents;<\/span>\n\n<span lang=\"EN\">g) a person of Roma ethnicity;<\/span>\n\n<span lang=\"EN\">h) a person with refugee status.<\/span>\n\n<strong>!!! The Erasmus+ grant top-up also applies to students of a nationality other than Romanian, students enrolled in tuition-paying positions, and students attending a form of non-frequency education, who are selected to participate in mobility and who fall into one of the categories described above.<\/strong>\n\n<strong>!!! Files submitted in the 2024-2025 academic year under the criteria of points b, c, d, e, g, and h of this document, and considered eligible, are valid for the entire duration of the study cycle in which the student is enrolled and do not need to be submitted again during that study cycle. Files submitted based on financial criteria (point f) must be submitted annually, in the study year in which the Erasmus+ mobility takes place.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n    <li><strong>for students using sustainable means of transport \u2013 \u201egreen travel\u201d <\/strong>(bicycle, bus, car-pooling, and train), if these were used for the majority of the round-trip journey (more than 50% of the distance calculated according to the European Commission&#8217;s distance calculator), the Erasmus+ grant is topped up as follows:\n<ul>\n    <li><strong>the travel grant corresponding to the \u201egreen travel\u201d category is awarded <\/strong>(according to the table above)<\/li>\n    <li><strong>the amount corresponding to a maximum of 4 days<\/strong> (outside the mobility period) is granted, if applicable, for the round-trip journey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n    <li><strong>for participants with special needs<\/strong>, whose physical, mental, or health condition is such that participation in mobility is not possible without additional support, who require a preparatory visit to participate in the mobility, as well as those requiring a companion during the mobility, the Erasmus grant is topped up with amounts granted on the principle of actual costs, depending on needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/international\/programul-erasmus\/studenti\/mobilitati-de-studiu-erasmus\/#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/strong> The evaluation of social scholarship files for ERASMUS+ students is carried out throughout the entire academic year at the level of the faculty where the student is enrolled.\n\n<span lang=\"EN\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/international\/programul-erasmus\/studenti\/mobilitati-de-studiu-erasmus\/#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[2] <\/a><\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"EN\">The file is submitted for only one category.
