The activity days must be consecutive calendar days.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Training-Agreement-STT-Erasmus-KA131_17.01.2025-1.docx\"><strong>Mobility Agreement for Training<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/tools\/distance_en.htm?utm_source=ExisT+-+European+Volunteers%27+Newsletter&amp;utm_campaign=ec3710eb6b-ExisT+Newsletter+-+Maggio+2014&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_f50d5476ea-ec3710eb6b-73540869\">Distance Calculator<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong><u>Eligibility Criteria<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\n\nThe following categories may participate in the selection for training mobilities within the Erasmus+ KA131-HED Programme:\n<ol>\n \t<li>teaching staff holding a management position and Erasmus+ coordinators (for mobilities related to the responsibilities\/duties of their position);<\/li>\n \t<li>research staff;<\/li>\n \t<li>teaching-auxiliary staff;<\/li>\n \t<li>teaching staff participating in an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) for staff;<\/li>\n \t<li>tenured teaching staff at the &#8220;Alexandru Ioan Cuza&#8221; University Senior High School.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>Teaching-auxiliary staff<\/strong> may carry out training mobilities only within <strong>International Staff Training Weeks<\/strong> organized by <strong>universities<\/strong> from Erasmus+ KA131-HED Programme countries.\n\n<strong>UAIC staff<\/strong><strong> may benefit from <u>one training mobility<\/u> per academic year within the Erasmus+ KA131-HED Programme.<\/strong>\n\nIf university representation is required in accordance with the institutional development strategy, teaching staff with management positions, Erasmus+ coordinators, and staff from the International Relations Office may participate in selections for more than one training mobility during an academic year.\n\n<strong>A maximum of 2 persons from the same UAIC structure (faculty\/department\/service\/office, as applicable) may participate simultaneously in the same <\/strong><strong>International Staff Training Week.<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-1784783023\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-1784783023\" data-tab-index=\"3\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 3;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-8dde59b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8dde59b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c63d4ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c63d4ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong><u>Documents required for the application file<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>\n<ol>\n \t<li><strong>Curriculum Vitae<\/strong> written in English or in the foreign language in which the training will take place during the mobility;<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Invitation letter\/confirmation e-mail of acceptance<\/strong> for an Erasmus+ training mobility (which clearly shows that it is addressed to the candidate);<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Training-Agreement-STT-Erasmus-KA131.docx\"><em>Training Agreement<\/em><\/a><\/strong> completed (mobility period, host institution, mobility objectives, added value, activity description, and expected outcomes) and signed by the candidate and their line manager. Participants in international staff training weeks must also attach a copy of the event programme to the <em>Training Agreement<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong><u>Selection of candidates for training mobilities:<\/u><\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Selections for Erasmus+ training mobilities may be organized throughout the academic year, <strong>until the available places are filled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>Application files are submitted exclusively <strong>online (click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service4mobility.com\/europe\/BewerbungServlet?identifier=IASI02&amp;kz_bew_pers=L&amp;kz_bew_art=OUT&amp;aust_prog=STT&amp;sprache=en\">here<\/a>)<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>To ensure proper organization of the mobility, it is recommended that all applications be submitted <strong>at least 45 days before<\/strong> the mobility start date.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>The Selection Committee<\/strong> reviews all complete files submitted on the platform <strong>twice a month<\/strong>: once at the beginning of the month (within the first 3 working days) and once in the middle of the month (between the 16th and 20th).<\/li>\n \t<li>Following the evaluation of the files, the Erasmus+ Office communicates the status of <em>admitted \/ reserve \/ rejected<\/em> to all candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-1784783024\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-1784783024\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FORMULAR-1-CERERE-DEPLASARE_cu-modificari_aug-2020.pdf\"><strong>standard request for the Rector&#8217;s Travel Order for travel abroad<\/strong><\/a> addressed to the UAIC Executive Board;<\/li>\n \t<li>Opening a Euro bank account;<\/li>\n \t<li>Travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip;<\/li>\n \t<li>Completing and signing the <strong>financial contract<\/strong> at the Erasmus+ Office, after the Rector&#8217;s Order has been issued;<\/li>\n \t<li>The payment of the Erasmus+ grant is made at most 10 calendar days before the start of the trip, provided that the financial contract is signed and registered 1-2 weeks before this 10-day
