Study Mobilities<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Documents to submit:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li><em>Learning Agreement<\/em> (<strong>&#8220;Learning Agreement \u2013 Student Mobility for Studies&#8221;<\/strong>) \u2013<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Changes-to-the-learning-agreement_2022-002.doc\">Learning Agreement changes<\/a><\/strong> signed by you and the representatives of both universities, <em>in case of changes to the subjects initially approved in the Learning Agreement<\/em> \u2013 <strong>copy<\/strong>. Changes can be made within <u>5 weeks from the start of the semester<\/u>.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Certificate-of-stay-1.doc\">Certificate of Stay<\/a><\/strong> issued by the host organization at the end of the study mobility, confirming the completion of the study program and its duration \u2013 <strong>original or digitally signed with a certified\/authorized electronic signature.<\/strong> Documents featuring modifications, erasures, or scribbles will be considered invalid, and original documents will be requested again. <strong>Scanned certificates sent later by email are NOT accepted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>ATTENTION!!!!! The period to be completed by the host university representatives in the Certificate of Stay must correspond to the mobility period at the host university. The document must not be filled in with travel dates, but strictly with the period the student is physically present at the host university. Traineeship Mobilities<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Documents to submit:<\/h3>\n1.<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/8.-CertificateofStaySMT-1.doc\"> Certificate of Stay (form)<\/a><\/strong>\n<br><br>\n2. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/7.-Learning-agreement-After-the-mobility-Traineeship-1.docx\">Traineeship Certificate: Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships \u2013 AFTER THE MOBILITY section (form)<\/a><\/strong>\n<br><br>\n3. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/declaratiedublafin_SMT-la-revenire-1.doc\">Declaration on own responsibility for avoiding double funding<\/a> <\/strong>(upon return from the traineeship)\n<br><br>\n4. International transport documents (round-trip tickets, boarding passes, fuel receipts)\n<br><br>\n5. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScGt2OhhIfoyZB2SzE6Cn_r5mdYszyCihRg5lLnm0dDFxseDg\/viewform?usp=header\"><strong>Erasmus+ Mobility Feedback \u2013 Google Forms<\/strong><\/a>\n\n<strong>All documents must be submitted in original<\/strong> to the ERASMUS+ Office <em><strong>within 10 working days<\/strong><\/em> of completing the traineeship.\n<br><br>\nImmediately after returning to the country, you are required to submit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Anexa-3-Cerere-de-echivalare-%C8%99i-recunoasterea-practica.doc\"><strong><em>a request for recognition and equivalence of the traineeship mobility<\/em><\/strong><\/a> to the secretariat of the faculty where you are enrolled, along with a copy of the <em>Certificate of Stay<\/em> and the <em>Traineeship Certificate<\/em>.\n\nAttention! Documents featuring modifications, erasures, or scribbles will be considered invalid, and original documents will be requested again. To avoid this situation, we recommend completing the documents in electronic format.\n<br><br>\nImportant!!!\n<br><br>\nAt the end of the mobility, you will receive an <em>evaluation questionnaire<\/em> of the traineeship period by email (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/EP-KA1-HE-Traineeship_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">individual mobility report<\/a><\/strong>) and an invitation to complete the <em>final language test<\/em>. <em>Completing these is a contractual obligation!<\/em>\n<br><br>\nWe also recommend that you keep a copy of these documents for your personal archive!\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ERASMUS+ Mobilities \u2013 upon return Upon return from mobility \u2013 formalities and documents 1.
