Changes can be made within <u>5 weeks from the start of the semester<\/u>.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Certificate-of-stay-1.doc\">Certificate of stay<\/a><\/strong> issued by the host organization at the end of the study mobility, confirming the fulfillment of the study program and its duration \u2013 <strong>original or digitally signed with a certified\/authorized electronic signature. <\/strong>Documents showing modifications, erasures, or scribbles will be considered invalid, and the original documents will be requested again. <strong>Scanned certificates sent later by email are NOT accepted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>ATTENTION!!!!! The period to be filled in by the representatives of the host university in the certificate of stay must correspond to the mobility period at the host university. The document will not be filled in with the travel dates, but strictly with the period in which the student was physically present at the host university.
