Accepted candidates are requested to confirm their registration for full-degree studies within 10 days from the receipt by email of the Letter of Acceptance to studies, by paying the entire amount of the tuition fee corresponding for one academic year, in advance.
If an international student has confirmed the place by paying the tuition fee but does not receive the visa for studies from the Romanian Embassy, that student may be refunded the tuition fee if he/she submits a written request to this effect, accompanied by the proof of rejection of the visa for studies from the Romanian Embassy.
In order to be enrolled at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iaşi, they must present the passport with a Romanian visa for studies, the original documents (from the application file) and the certified translations, endorsed with the Hague Apostille.
If the previous studies were completed in countries which are not signatory of the Hague Convention, the original documents must be certified for authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country and the Embassy of Romania to the issuer country.
The international students may be able to receive a place of accommodation in the dormitories on the University campus within the limit of available places at the time of their arrival.
