- The duration of a teaching mobility in third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme is 5 days;
- The deadline for carrying out teaching mobilities in third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme is July 31, 2026.
- The faculty-level selection committee for teaching mobilities verifies eligibility and evaluates the application according to the selection criteria in the current call for applications.
- The Erasmus+ coordinator displays the results regarding the eligibility and evaluation of candidates on the faculty’s website, in the section dedicated to the Erasmus+ Programme.
- Within a maximum of 3 working days after finalizing the evaluation, the Erasmus+ Coordinator: a) submits the eligibility report to the UAIC registry; b) sends the eligibility report via email, in an editable format, to the International Relations Office; c) submits copies of the application files to the International Relations Office, either electronically or in printed format.
- The UAIC-level awarding committee meets within a maximum of 5 working days from receiving the eligibility report and the application files to decide on the awarding of candidates and to draft the awarding report.
- The selection results are communicated to the candidates by the International Relations Office and displayed on the university website, in the section dedicated to the Erasmus+ Programme.
KA171 Teaching Mobilities – Sub-Saharan Africa
Selection results for KA171 teaching mobilities – Sub-Saharan Africa
In accordance with the funding rules established by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme Guide and by the National Agency for Community Programmes in the Field of Education and Vocational Training through the National Call, the individual grant for an Erasmus+ teaching mobility awarded for mobilities carried out in third countries during the 2025-2026 academic year includes:
a) financial support for travel expenses (the travel grant is a lump sum, awarded based on the distance to the destination, calculated according to the European Commission’s distance calculator);
b) financial support for subsistence expenses corresponding to 5 days of mobility;
c) financial support for subsistence expenses corresponding to one day of travel (before the first day/after the last day of mobility).
