Study Mobilities – Upon return from mobility

STEPS TO FOLLOW UPON RETURN FROM YOUR ERASMUS+ STUDY MOBILITY

Within 10 working days from the end date of your mobility, you must submit the following documents to the International Relations Office (Erasmus+ Office) of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași (do not forget to make an appointment in advance):
  • The Learning Agreement for Studies Changes to the Learning Agreement signed by you and the representatives of both universities, in case the courses initially approved in the Learning Agreement were modifiedcopy. Changes can be made within 5 weeks from the start of the semester.
  • Certificate of stay issued by the host organization at the end of the study mobility, confirming the fulfillment of the study program and its duration – original or digitally signed with a certified/authorized electronic signature. Documents showing modifications, erasures, or scribbles will be considered invalid, and the original documents will be requested again. Scanned certificates sent later by email are NOT accepted.
ATTENTION!!!!! The period to be filled in by the representatives of the host university in the certificate of stay must correspond to the mobility period at the host university. The document will not be filled in with the travel dates, but strictly with the period in which the student was physically present at the host university. It MUST contain the date of issuance (date of issuance must be filled in at the end of the mobility). ERASMUS regulation for recognition and equivalence of study and traineeship mobilities

Grade conversion scale Within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the study mobility end date, you must submit the Transcript of Records (issued and dated by the host university regarding the academic results of the Erasmus+ mobility) – original or copy; Within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receiving the invitation by email, you must complete and submit the EU Survey online (feedback in English).
