ERASMUS+ Mobilities – upon return
Upon return from mobility – formalities and documents
1. Study Mobilities
Documents to submit:
- Learning Agreement (“Learning Agreement – Student Mobility for Studies”) – Learning Agreement changes signed by you and the representatives of both universities, in case of changes to the subjects initially approved in the Learning Agreement – copy. Changes can be made within 5 weeks from the start of the semester.
- Certificate of Stay issued by the host organization at the end of the study mobility, confirming the completion of the study program and its duration – original or digitally signed with a certified/authorized electronic signature. Documents featuring modifications, erasures, or scribbles will be considered invalid, and original documents will be requested again. Scanned certificates sent later by email are NOT accepted.
- Declaration on own responsibility for avoiding double funding – original;
- International transport documents (round-trip tickets, including boarding passes – for air travel) – original or copy + accommodation/rental contract, if proof of transport cannot be provided.
- Erasmus+ Study Mobility Feedback – Google Forms
- Request for Academic Equivalence and Recognition (to be submitted to the faculty along with the Transcript of Records)
- Certificate of Equivalence and Study Recognition
2. Traineeship Mobilities
Documents to submit:
1. Certificate of Stay (form)2. Traineeship Certificate: Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships – AFTER THE MOBILITY section (form)
3. Declaration on own responsibility for avoiding double funding (upon return from the traineeship)
4. International transport documents (round-trip tickets, boarding passes, fuel receipts)
5. Erasmus+ Mobility Feedback – Google Forms All documents must be submitted in original to the ERASMUS+ Office within 10 working days of completing the traineeship.
Immediately after returning to the country, you are required to submit a request for recognition and equivalence of the traineeship mobility to the secretariat of the faculty where you are enrolled, along with a copy of the Certificate of Stay and the Traineeship Certificate. Attention! Documents featuring modifications, erasures, or scribbles will be considered invalid, and original documents will be requested again. To avoid this situation, we recommend completing the documents in electronic format.
Important!!!
At the end of the mobility, you will receive an evaluation questionnaire of the traineeship period by email (individual mobility report) and an invitation to complete the final language test. Completing these is a contractual obligation!
We also recommend that you keep a copy of these documents for your personal archive!
