Study Mobilities – Before Departure

Steps to follow before departing for your mobility:

1. Register online at the host university – consult the host university’s website to inform yourself about the documents to be completed and the submission deadlines.

2. Complete the travel request form following this model and bring it to the Erasmus+ Office. You can make an appointment in advance to avoid waiting in line.

Before obtaining the first 3 signatures from the faculty, we expect you at the Erasmus+ Office (Ms. Andreea PURCARU), at least 14 days before your departure date, with the travel request and the following completed documents, in order to calculate the grant amount (total in Euro):

a) Invitation/ acceptance/ confirmation/ email: original or copy. In the case of an email, you will submit a printscreen.

b) Learning AgreementOnline Learning Agreement for studies signed by you, the UAIC Erasmus+ Coordinator and the host university’s Erasmus+ coordinator: this is signed exclusively online via the OLA platform (https://learning-agreement.eu/).

c) Academic calendar (consult the host university’s website): printscreen.

d) Erasmus Declaration: original.

e) Erasmus Student Form: original.

All documents must be submitted to the Erasmus+ Office at least 10 days before the start of the mobility to be approved by the university management. When submitting the financial contract to the Erasmus+ Office, you must collect the Rector’s Order/Travel Disposition.

3. Complete the financial contract: you will receive the financial contract via email only after the standard travel request and the documents mentioned in step 2 have been approved. The financial contract is completed only electronically and must be printed in two copies.

Subsequently, you will present yourself at the Erasmus+ Office to sign the financial contract (2 copies). You will sign the financial contract only in the presence of the Erasmus+ Office representative. Together with the contract, you will also bring the following documents: Euro bank account statement, medical health insurance (European Health Insurance Card or any other private insurance valid for the entire duration of the mobility), and a copy of your ID card.

The completed and signed financial contract, along with the supporting documents, must be sent to the Erasmus+ financial officer at the International Relations Office at least 5 working days before the start of the mobility. 4. Complete the online language assessment (OLS) on the new EU Academy platform.

5. Download the Erasmus+ App (https://erasmusapp.eu/).

6. Carefully read the information contained in the Erasmus Student Charter.“`
