The standard application for the Rector’s order regarding travel abroad must be completed by all teaching staff, students, and university administration staff traveling abroad for professional purposes. UAIC issues this type of document only for teaching staff, full-time students, and its employees (orders are not issued for part-time/distance learning students or doctoral candidates). The application must be accompanied by a copy of the official invitation, certifying the duration of the trip. Please read carefully all the information on the 2nd page of the application.
